So something I saw some time ago on Muxsans twitter, was a HV cable with some water coming out of it. Link here: https://twitter.com/muxsan_ev/status/1247466803846135809/photo/1

I didn't think much about it, but then I ran into the same thing on a customer car

If this gets really bad and enough water gets in there, I can see how this causes isolation fault codes. Maybe this will be a hot tip for someone in the future facing isolation faults?
 
Good catch to find that, but how does it get in there? the pack has all that sealant at the joint.

I think there is a pressure check port on the case, maybe you can hook up a vacuum pump and get the moisture out.
 
If this isn't actually causing failures (yet), then the water must be getting in between the insulated cables and the outer sheath. Somewhere that sheath is cracking, or a seal is failing at a connector...
