Given the modest total, I'd say they're trying to do too many things with it, with each tiny "slice" unlikely to have meaningful impact. And they just can't seem to give up the idea of H2 stations. :roll:

Well the money from the Recargo contract goes back into the general fund. That money was lost to EV charging.
