And surprisingly a 24a EVSE isn't the most common to find. The cheapest EVSEs seem to be 16a and then 30a, 16a leaving lots on the table for a 30a circuit and 30a(27.5a max on a Leaf) being just too much for continuous use on a 30a breaker.
Some EVSEs like Juicebox allows you to select the amperage you want and Clipper Creek makes a couple of nice 24a models, the model has a 30 in it but that is for the breaker size, it outputs 24a max, perfect for a 30a breaker.
You might be able to find a cheaper(Chinese-made) 24a EVSE but again they aren't as common.
This name brand Siemens apparently has a internal dial to limit charging current and at it's current $327 isn't a bad price but it's 14' cable is a bit short and it needs to be hardwired in(or you could add a pigtail cord yourself).

I have something very similar to this and it works great, has 10/12/16/24 and 32a settings. You can even select the type of plug you want, in my case since I selected a 30a plug my EVSE maxed out at 30a, not sure if this brand is the same. If they didn't have your plug type you could always cut off the supplied plug and add your own, about $10 off Amazon(could be as much as $30 locally for 240v plugs).

This is one of the many CC EVSEs Amazon lists, again pick your plug type or some can be hardwired in.
