Hi, we are about 8 months into out lease and love our Leaf more than any car. We love it so much we will probably drive it more than 15,000 miles a year and so I have questions about what options we have to avoid paying 50 cents a mile or more if we do that.

First, I suggest you change the topic title to something like "Leaf Lease Question."

Your main option, if you love the car, is to buy it when the lease ends. This will eliminate all excess mileage and damage charges.
