Just bought a used Leaf SV Plus and did a Leafspy on it. It's got 28k miles and the battery SOH is 92.4% that seems low.

Should I be worried?

It is quite possible that the car sat on a lot with 100% charge (indicated) for a long time - that will hasten degradation. The good news is that if you treat the car better, the degradation will slow. That means not charging to 100% unless you need a full charge - and timing the charge to finish soon before you need the car - and not fast charging when the battery temperature is above the middle of the gauge.

About what ?

Be specific, and in addition mention
Your range requirements
How long you will own the car
What climate you live in
How much you will fast charge
Whether you garage your car; and if you do, the garage temps compared to outside

Out of curiosity, where did it reside before (per Carfax, Autocheck, etc.)?

Looks like it's fine, I just was curious if that seemed reasonable for the age and miles. :)

The car was a 1 owner lease and it lived in Clackamas Oregon for it's life so far.
