Sounds like more hyperbole to "pump the stock". The same type of article gets written over and over
again without providing any real insightful info. The article hardly contributes to anything useful for

Where is the news about the Giga-factory, the Model X initial production date, the development
progress on the Model E, or which state will raise taxes to pay Tesla the $500M for site selection
for Giga? The press seems to ignore those issues.
