I understand that Bush was the biggest socialist in history after Huey Long. No argument from me there. He did bail out the banks that wanted to keep the profits and socialize the losses. No Bush lover here. I am just saying that socialist #2, Oblamo, has had 6 years to do this, with a democratic congress the first 2 years. He talks about having all these electric vehicles on the road, and makes people have to go through hoops. Do for regular buyers what you do for people that lease. Make it easy.. If you are going to give incentives to get EV's on the road, make people realize the 7500 the day of purchase.
