Awesome find Randy, can I attach your photos to the Plug Share link?
Fred
Awesome man, thanksRandy wrote:Hi Fred,
Sure, you can post my photos...
To be honest, though, it's not really a "find". I work with eVgo in my Clean Transportation job at the utility, so I help with electric service and transformer issues, etc. and know when the stations are going live....Just trying to let folks know when the stations are open for business....
Thanks, Randy
I haven't heard of either of these companies (RWE & KnGrid) before. RWE appears to be a European company, maybe this one? https://www.rwe-mobility.com/web/cms/en ... emobility/KnGrid, a California-based small business, is the mobility operator, handling the pricing and billing for use of the chargers.
You can bet that they will at least have CHAdeMO, and probably Combo, too.ttweed wrote:I wonder what connector the DCFC stations will have?
I believe parking is still free on the weekends at UCSD, and at night from 11PM to 7AM, otherwise you would have to buy a short-term permit, which I believe is $1 per 45 minutes. I have an emeritus lifetime permit, myself, so not an issue for me.drees wrote:I suspect you'll have to pay for parking on top of any charging cost?
That was a California grant from some time ago. I think they will do 5 or 7 of those installs.drees wrote:I just noticed that a couple 7-11s in San Diego are showing up on PlugShare w/Nissan branded QCs - anyone check them out yet?
