Can this Leaf spy report be correct?

Sat Jul 20, 2019 7:32 am

I have a 2016 s Nissan Leaf, which has 33500 miles. I just checked condition with Leaf spy and it shows a state of health of 99.7. That seems improbable, but is it possible? When I bought it 3000 miles ago, it showed a state of health of 99.6. GIDs show 101.8. Performance seems to confirm with average mpkw at 4.8.

Love the car.

I had 2016 S 30 with over 44,000 miles on it with 100% SOC.

This was a 10/16 build which is the ONLY month an 2016 S existed with a 30 kwh pack. The Summer of 2017, I logged over 5,000 miles a month mostly because of a special work project where I was visiting 4 to 10 locations PER DAY, 7 days a week. This went on for 6 weeks and during that time, I QC'd 2 to 5 times per day. My car literally lived at 120º.

3 days and 357 miles later, she was murdered. Best LEAF I ever had by a big huge amazing margin. :(

We don’t have Leaf spy but about once every month or so we have about a 140 ish km trip to make. Typically we recharge to a 100 percent the night before. Anywhere from June to September the GOM reads about 196 to 208 in the morning. Hasn’t really changed since we got the car in 2016. The real range is closer to about 180 km but degradation for us has been minimal for us since we have had the car. No way to tell for sure as we don’t and won’t in the future use leaf spy. Real world though we are happy.
