aftermarket wheels install

I really did not care for factory wheels on my leaf.So after some research ended up installing American Racing Casino wheels...and than reused the factory blue Nissan logo for the center cap.This was done by ordering the wheels with the flat center cap rather than the domed ones that come standard.Once the old factory wheels are off ,I removed the factory center caps and using a dremel tool routed the "melted" pegs off and was able to seperate the cool Nissan logo.Than take the old centercap upside down onto the new american wheel chrome flat centercap ...mark hole locations and driill.logos were glued onto new center caps using CA...looks factory...will post pics when I figure out how...kpc

Did you keep the factory tires?

i did,there are better tires out there than the factory bridgestones,but not worth it to me.Have the old factory wheels for sale cheap if anybody wants a spare or suffers curb damage...kpc

Sorry, never received it. How big was the attachment? I think Yahoo may have a 20 meg per email limit, so you may need to break the pictures up into several emails. You can also try [email protected]
