Waiting for a black leaf & would really like a carbon fiber hood, might take a group order of 10 to have them made. I just like the way they look so please dont hate

How much $? IMHO, they would look nice only on a white Leaf.
 
The hood is already aluminum and probably weighs about 15 lbs - unless you do a dry-carbon fiber hood (very expensive) you will not be saving much weight there so the only reason to do it would be for the looks.
 
You could do the whole car in CF with vinyl.. it would look cool and light.

If you have a '13 LEAF made in the USA, your hood isn't aluminum which is why it weighs nearly twice as much as the hood on the '11-12.
 
I would love a carbon hood. Unfortunately getting a real nice carbon hood made that fits perfectly sucks.

Do the 2011 aluminum hoods fit directly to the 2013 models?
