Dear fellow Leaf Owners
Just bought a used Leaf Tekna 2019 40KwH - 13000km - We had for two weeks now.
The first thing I checked before buying the car was the SoH... It showed 12 pins on the dashboard, so I was happy with that.
Now yesterday I charged the car from about 54% to 81% and I got this charging update from the NissanConnect EV app, that my battery only shows 9 out of twelve pins.
Now I have read many threads regarding this issue. The the dashboard shows a full SoH and data from app shows something completely different. I've read that some dealers can hack or reset the SoH on the car or has it something to do with the BMS?
I have read about Leafspy and paid the 115 dkk for it...But realized after watching some good youtube videos that I also need OBDII plugin to get the actual app reading the cars data.
Im really in despair can anyone explain me what the the state og health of my battery is? What can I rely on?
Thanks in advance.
Julie
