I found this site comparing the michelin tires to the Bridgestone.
Its very close and both tires are on top.

You must not have noticed that this comparison is from August 12, 2009.

For sure, the results of an identical test, with 2020 tires, would be very different today.
 
My test is I replaced ecopia tires date code from 2010 with 2018 energy saver A/S tires and saw now loss in range/efficiency.
The worn out ecopia tires were aired up to 44psi as they were wearing thin on the outer edge and I ran higher pressure to try and shift some of the wear to the center of the tire. The new energy saver tires only have 36psi.
