2012 Leaf Ticking sound when decelerating down to 20-10mph

I can hear it making a tok tok tok quite loudly with the radio off when decelerating down to 20mph-10mph, then the noise goes away. I can also hear it accelerating but very faintly, but also in the 10-20mph range only, anything slower or faster than this range its quiet.

Anyone had this diagnosed before?

I have a 2018 SL, had a ticking noise in the front, turned out to be the Bolt/axle noise. Needed new bolt properly torqued. Wrote about this in a previous post.
