The winter after I purchased my 2013, I ran the heater pretty often. The tines in the windshield heater grill appeared as though they’d been eaten by a mouse. One problem: there was no other evidence! No stink ; if there was fecal material it must’ve been way down in the ductwork... none in the rest of the car.
I attribute it to the bioplastic that was used in the vehicle. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Clearly not worth 1000 to replace.
