I do not know why Nissan let Ford beat them to the draw.
This is not the first time I have suggested things about Nissans( the first time I gave the company "what for" about the Frontier- ( son of a gun they basically implemented everything I suggested{even doing better on some things}) That's history and I do not care,I am fiercely loyal.
Why in the heck haven't they produced a small "Leaf" sized pickup? Somebody's asleep at the switch, don't think it would sell? I give you the Ford "Maverick", Nissan's answer could be called the 'Trek" or some other tomfoolery. I bought a 2019 Frontier and I cannot express how unimpressive that vehicle is.
One of the problems as I see it is this-integrate some ordinary People into the design group, the Old macho 4wd hooky is basically out the window these days, build a "Folkswagen" so to speak. The market is there do not rely on "ICE" tech, the diesel -American attempt was ill-conceived.
