Nissan Leaf dies on the Highway

It seems like I can drive it around town (50km/hr) but once I hit the highway if I'm around 110-120km/hr the whole car shuts down and says "No Power, Service EV" I just replaced the 12v battery, and the same thing happened. But when I took the 12v battery home and connected it to my 12v charger, it said "low". I have these from LeafSpy if it helps.
