Executive Q&A: Jeff Kuhlman
Jeff Kuhlman, 47, and a 20-year auto-industry veteran, has been named head of global communications for Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., the parent of Franklin-based Nissan Americas Inc.

Kuhlman, a native of Toledo, Ohio, comes to Nissan from the German automaker Audi, where he had been chief communications officer since 2006. Before that, he held a number of communications jobs with General Motors.

In his new position, he will be based at Nissan’s headquarters in Yokohama, Japan.
