Door panel removal 2018 Nissan leaf

I have done a lot of searching on google, YouTube, these forums, etc. and have not seen anyone document on how to remove the door panel on a 2018 and up Nissan leaf. I’ve removed other door panels before, but like to get an idea of exactly what to do before attempting. Lots of threads on removing a door panel off an older leaf. If anyone has done this before let me know.

Just to note, the door panels are the same for all Leafs, so instructions for any year will do.
