We've already had a bunch of topics on this due to numerous automakers saying they'll switch + get access to Tesla's Supercharger network.

Major players w/shipping BEVs in the US that have said they're switching include GM, Ford, Volvo, Polestar, Rivian Mercedes and most recently, Nissan.

Let's continue here.

Nice to start fresh on topic... :D

Fisker is on the move to adopt NACS.
"We have a fully drawn up agreement Fisker has signed the NACS agreement. We’re just waiting for a signature from Tesla."

Why ?

If I post on this topic, it will be here:

Admittedly there is the usual noise from people posting agendas rather than on-topic but this is the internet after all. I prefer the older thread because EV choice that considers DC charging is about more than the port.

It's official:
Fisker Will Adopt NACS Charging Connector In North America

Thanks to an agreement with Tesla, Fisker customers will gain access to Tesla Superchargers.

Adapters Q1 2025, NACS receptacles to follow.

If VWAG jumps that'll be the biggest remaining shoe to drop, although with Porsche and Audi both able to benefit from higher voltage charging now that may be what's holding them as well as Hyundai/Kia/Genesis/Lucid up, at least until Tesla actually demonstrates V4 SCs can provide faster charging for '800V'-class packs.

ABG:
Honda, Acura EVs will adopt Tesla's NACS charging port

Acura’s new ZDX electric crossover will gain the NACS setup in 2025 or 2026

. . . As for when this will happen, Honda is currently at the mercy of General Motors. The Japanese automaker’s next two EVs – the Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX – use shared architecture with GM, leveraging The General’s excellent Ultium battery technology. The ZDX will launch first, and have the traditional CCS port that isn’t compatible with Tesla’s chargers, but it will switch to the NACS design in 2025 or 2026.

"We clearly depend on GM," Shinji Aoyama, Executive Vice President of Honda Motor Co., said during Friday's interview. "Once they [switch to NACS], this will follow for ZDX, as well. . . ."

Jaguar has jumped on board:

HyunKia has jumped on the bandwagon:

BMW Group Switching To Tesla's NACS Port In North America From 2025 Onward
BMW, Mini, and Rolls-Royce EVs with the CCS port will also gain access to designated Tesla Supercharger stations in early 2025.

"Toyota and Lexus customers will have access to more than 12,000 Tesla Superchargers in North America
Toyota and Lexus to incorporate North American Charging Standard (NACS) ports in certain Toyota and Lexus battery electric vehicles (BEVs) starting in 2025"

https://media.vw.com/en-us/releases/1774
"Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and Scout Motors today announced planned implementation of the North American Charging Standard (NACS) for future products in the North American region, beginning in 2025. To enable existing customers with a Combined Charging System (CCS) charging port to access the Tesla Supercharger network—which would greatly expand charging provider choice—the brands are exploring adapter solutions for existing vehicles. This has the potential to expand customer charging access to more than 15,000 Superchargers. This is in addition to the more than 3,800 DC fast charging outlets currently in operation by Electrify America and Electrify Canada."

Clicking on automaker at Tesla NACS Charger Adoption Tracker - EVStation lets one see news and sources for most BEV automakers selling/leasing as new in the US. A few are missing though due to lack of announcement or lack of BEVs like Mitsubishi, Vinfast and Mazda.

But there aren't many left who haven't jumped onto the bandwagon. The biggest TBD is Stellantis although they still haven't had a BEV for sale for years ever since the Fiat 500e gen 1 was discontinued (and had no DC FC inlet anyway).
