The screen on the Nav/radio tilts out slightly from the bottom and doesn't sit flush with the dash like when the car is turned off. Search came up empty, so can anyone explain how to get the radio screen to sit flat on the dash rather than have the slight tilt? All this education wasted ;) ...

My search failed so I'm posting here. If I buy a new Leaf and wait until January 2, 2013 in order to avoid '12 property tax, can I still request the $7500. tax credit for 2012 or do I have to wait until next year (2014 for 2013 taxes) to claim the credit? I will be buying a Leaf either way but...
