Received email, indicating delivery date has changed. Dashboard updated from week of May 26 to week of May 27. Received call from dealer an hour later that my car arrived. Picking up Friday morning.

To my surprise, Nissan CS just called me to say that my car will be released from the port by the 23rd with delivery no later than the 30th. Since I live in LA, delivery should be within a day or two of the 23rd. Fingers crossed as the dashboard still shows 4/22.

Just spoke with the sales manager at my dealer. So he gave me the same pollen story. Apparently, pollen fell on our cars while at the port in Japan. The cars were subsequently covered in plastic. When the cars arrived in Long Beach, the pollen acted as an adhesive and made the plastic stick...

Received the delivery soon email this morning but the week of 4/22 date did not change. She said that the email indicates a 2 week delivery period. Also noticed I was assigned a new VIN today. The chat person removed my old one but said that my car was still at the port awaiting accessories.

Still waiting for the email and/or call.

I live near Lake Hollywood and also ordered a Leaf. Was to have been delivered on 4/22 but still waiting. Car is at the dock awaiting delivery. Ordered from Gardena Nissan as Universal didn't want to bargain off of MSRP.

Gardena Nissan just received 4 Leafs today. I have a week of 4/22 delivery on my dashboard to which the dealer said is still on schedule. Guessing that 1 of the 4 is mine.

Yes, received email notification today so I placed my request for dealer quote this AM.

Even though I haven't received the go-ahead to order my Leaf, I called Gardena Nissan and asked for a quote. They replied with an offer for $1000 off MSRP. Guess I know with whom I will be working!
