My 2014 started doing this. A single "tick" when coming to a stop and another single "tick" when the accelerator is pressed. Nissan replaced the traction motor, which fixed it for about nine months, but the sound is back so back to the dealer it goes.

Thanks. I thought about system updates. If it is XM-related, maybe it will stop when my trial subscription expires. It's happened about a dozen times so far so we'll see if it quiets down.

I realize this is an old, old topic, but my 2014 Leaf has done this multiple times since I picked it up last month. I see mention of some software updates for this but has anybody had this issue fixed by the updates from Nissan? I've taken it to the dealer but they've never heard of the issue...
