Re: Seven year report, 2011 LEAF.

We also have 2 x 10-years old Leafs in our household. Had the Lizard Battery replacement a few years ago... Currently, one of the Leafs only have one bar loss, while the other is at a 2 bar loss on the replacement batteries. I didn't realize this thread existed until user 91040 provided the link. Th...

Re: Discuss data from the LEAF Battery app, and Comparisons

Both my Leafs are located in the SF Bay Area. The vehicles were never parked in the garage. The pre-programmed scheduled charging usually starts around 3am. A couple of days ago, with more driving, L2 charging and one full QC session, the AHr went up slightly to 54.13, and I don't know why... Perhap...

Re: Rear shocks/struts replacement options

UPDATE: I finally had my rear shocks replaced. The OEM shocks which were removed are actually gas unit shocks. Looks like monotubes.. not sure. The manufacturer is KYB. Sadly, there were no nice aftermarket shock/strut options available from either Koni or Bilstein. I saw the Megan Racing coilover k...

Rear shocks/struts replacement options

Hi, My rear shocks are going bad. Are there any better aftermarket shocks/struts replacement choices? Ideally, I'd like to keep my OEM springs. (NOTE: I don't want to with coilover setups due to higher costs) I would also like to try the latest Bilstein gas shocks; if they are a proper fitment for 2...

Re: Leaf suspension options

Hello, It seems the last post here is circa- 2015. Anyways, does anyone know if Bilstein has any gas shocks which are suitable for the Leaf? In particular, I need to replace the rear shocks. I am not too keen on coilover kits, as they are likely to be expensive. NOTE: I did read up about this from t...

Re: NissanConnect EV / Telematics Hardware Update, for the post-2G world

Hi Stanton, I am just catching up with this thread. I am about to the get the 2G TCU replaced in my 2011 Leaf. I don't understand the rationale behind ".. delete any "saved" charging stations. " Do you perform this before the installation of the new TCU or after? Also, will any o...
