The 2022 came with 0347, so hopefully Nissan just needs to validate the fix for the 2023. Definitely an area where legacy car makers haven’t adapted to the changing technology landscape.

It’s weird that it needs you to go to the dealer considering the head unit can check for updates over WiFi.

For those of you that had the update, have you noticed the head unit is less stable? Mine has randomly rebooted and CarPlay doesn’t reliably start anymore.

Exact same as the previous poster, they applied the TSB.

They called to tell me they won’t be able to finish today, I pressed them to try and five minutes later they called back saying they’ll be able to finish. Just picked up the car, and so far it seems to work!

Now they're telling me it'll take so long the only tech who can work on the car won't be able to finish before the end of his day and to bring the car back another day.

Well.... at first they tried charging me $170 for applying the update, and after I protested they came back later to tell me it'll take six hours to apply the update. I think they're trying really hard to avoid doing it.

I have my appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and I confirmed that they were aware of the TSB and had it available. Fingers crossed they apply the fix tomorrow!

Oh..... I may have to give mine a call. Too bad it's not something they can do OTA or via a USB download at home.
