Your description is EXACTLY the brake problem as I had. The DTC U110D and P3195 were also the same for me. I would be surprised that two parts of the braking system became bad at the same time. Good luck!

Hopfully, I was under warranty. They told me "we don't re-install old parts replaced during diagnostic". To correct a DTC, the diagnostic procedure says replace this part.
