I think the that let go of gas= coast, tap brake=light regen, apply brake =more regen would be a nice way to adjust regen without really distubing normal driving habits.
The activation code style is the straight HD nav system with compact flash card slot. The newer systems you just replace the SD card with a updated one purchased from Navteq.
The maintance plan on ICE cars only covers oil changes and half price rotates if I recall. Usually maintance plans are not worth it. The higher level warranty plans are usally pretty good and cover alot more. If you plan on keeping the car for long time it may be worth looking into. It all...
Florida does not require front plates so we leave them all off unless someone wants it put on. I like the look of most cars better without them. Some people will choose a different car just because the braket is on the car.
Yes it does replace Matic J. For the Z I looked service interval this morning and it says it is a "lifetime fluid" sure you feel the same way as I do about that. Sure you know but thought I would mention that coolant in ev's and hybrid's for the elec. motor is special also. I do not have any...

Carwings auto updates charging staions every three months to the car but you are able to tell it to update through the nav system also. It will also auto update when charge goes below a set point. Nissan's database may be getting updated but will not show in car until synced with data base...
It is not going to drag the brakes through regen switches from 100% mech. to 100% regn back to 100% mech. With a variety of % inbetween each. The longer the time slowing I assume the longer it will stay in regen.
As far as brake fluid services it is for moisture and copper in the fluid not just...
Steering and brakes are both mechanically connected. Steering has an assist motor on steering column. The brakes have a motor mounted in a booster assembly. There is a stroke sensor in the booster assembly to read how fast and hard pedal is applied. From the video I watched at work it shows a...
It is not a hydraulic brake. The actuator is mounted under rear of the car with cables to both rear brakes only. But most parking brakes on rear disc brakes use a "drum in hat" system which has a small drum inside the rotor for brake shoes. They are not large enough to use as a e-brake. So that...
