Unfortunately there is no decoder or legend in the manual. At least not in the AV service manual, which would be the obvious place for it to exist.

Looking further, it would appear the 2017 service manual is not available through the 1-day subscription from Nissan-TechInfo. You have to buy it on CD for $210. Rats.

Does anyone have a link for a 2017 Leaf factory service/repair manual? I don't mean the owner's manual, I mean the complete service manual that a shop would use. The 2011-2015 manuals are available through NICO Club but I haven't seen any more recent years. Mainly looking for the AV service...

That's too tall of a tire. Overall diameter would be 5.8% larger than OEM. It's recommended to stay within 3% and I personally try to keep it less than that. A 215/60/16 would be a better option for you. I went with 215/55/16 because it's closer to OEM size.
