Alozzy - have you received any sort of official response from Nissan? Any kind of explanation as to the very oddly-timed off-and-on connectivity to the AT&T (oops!) Rogers 2g network?

I had the same issue (I'm in Victoria). I had downloaded the Canadian NissanConnectEV app and used my us address, and I was able to use the app as if I had a Canadian Leaf.
When I spoke to Nissan they said they intentionally closed this loophole in order to try to stop Canadians importing...
