Took my Leaf to the dealer because the brake warning light came on. Was told the brake sensor needs replacing for $1100. They told me the sensor was $500 and $600 for installation. The service manager said the car had to be "powered down" because the sensor is "burried" in the car and too...
My dealer wants 460.00 plus 575.00 to replace the sensor. I found them at Amazon.com for 149.99.
They also told me that it takes 5 hours to change it because it's "buried" but I found that it's attached to the bottom of the master cylinder, I can reach it standing beside the car!
