WHAT??? At that Burgerville? Wow. That is fantastic news for me, as it is on my way home from the airport to the foothills outside of Molalla!
Oh, and I'm referencing the post about the 92nd St. Burgerville QC. No more side-trips to Hollywood Fred Meyer for me, perhaps!
I tried 120v only but, too often, trickle charging was not cutting it for me. I had my EVSE modified, and wired my own 240v outlet (and added a 120v outlet in that box, since that wall lacked one). Life's good now that what was once 9.5 hrs can be done in 3.5!
By the way, I get how the post was confusing to some, mostly due to it not being applicable to most in the first place, but how one gets to sounding offended from there is beyond me! Especially since I never complained about my lack of results. It was a very much on-the-fly, last second...
Gosh, I'll update my location in my profile immediately!
The post was intended for the Portland forum. That was the mistake. Move along. Nothing to see here, people!
Yes, presumably there's more engineering required, as well as more flight testing, to certify the APU for in-flight use.
Yes, I used to fly the CRJ and the FK28, both of which had more typical APUs in that they could be used whenever needed, (although APU bleed air is typically only available...
Oh, and Tony, regarding the Q's APU...:)
I still can't believe we can only use the apu on the ground in that aircraft. Well, I can believe it, but it still seems surprising.
Subject line was not worthless. If it was meant for you, you'd have 'got' it. BUT, I did intend to post under Portland, as already stated, so that concern is moot, regardless. :D
That's what I get for posting from an iPhone while in a hurry! I get why it was confusing to those not from...
Anyone who could have helped, would have understood the jargon, trust me. And I did intend to post in the Portland-specific forum, ya buncha pedants! :)
Anyway, I called Blink and asked if there was any way to charge without having received my card, and they said most vendors who have a...
Tony, it was in the subject line, but I miss them all the time, too...:)
FYI, everyone! FM has Blink cards, 'for emergency use.' This may be old news, but it took a little prying on my part, and saved my bacon!
Thanks, everyone!
