I have same problem with Blink charger.
Technician told me they don't have SD card and has to order it from ECOtality guys.
Can any one make an image from working card? Mine is definitely corrupted.
If you "Linux guy" it will be not a problem at all:
(dd if=/dev/disk1 of=~/mySD.iso)
