I too have noticed that it was harder to plug in the duosida. I only keep it in my trunk for emergency use, and use the nissan one as my primary home EVSE. Loved the pictures!

I like the foam and strap roof rack things, but they can scratch your roof. You can also get pool noodles, micro fiber cloths, ratchet straps and a little ingenuity. The micro fiber cloth is a must even if you buy the pre made rack.
Duosida is probably the most common out of china branded EVSE. If you see a cheap EVSE on amazon or on the forums its often that brand. Are they good? I think that is still up for debate, but I've been using mine everyday now and it has consistently been working.
