Haven't been on here in forever but I have the Blitz coilovers. Put about 60K miles on them and they still performed like they did from day one when I pulled them off. The only issue is the springs and anything that is not aluminum has rust (I'm in the PNW). We shipped our 2013 Nissan Leaf to my...
Looks good. Let us know how the range improves and if the 16" oem tires drive you crazy. The 17" oem tires drive me crazy due to the sidewalls being so soft but the range is the best. My 17" winter setup is much nicer and range doesn't suffer.. My 18" setup is by far the best on performance but...
It's not. the EV parking spot is so you can park and plug your car in to charge. Don't be a jackhole and park in the EV spot only because it's close to the retail store it's in front of. Other people who actually want to or need to charge can't plug in if your dumb@$$ is parked there. And...
How did humanity make it this far without TPMS sensors?
TPMS sensors are about as useful as blind spot sensors. Have I been grateful to see the light pop up when I had a screw in my tire? I sure have but it still made my day inconvenient. Would it have been any different had I not had TPMS...
No problems here with my 2013 in the snow. As a matter a fact it's pretty damn awesome. I'm running Hankook I-cept EVO snow tires and they rock too. My Leaf is lowered running 17X7.5 G35 wheels with the winter tires on. I also keep the car in brake mode when driving in snow or on ice.
I made several calls to Nissan NA after trying to get it through a dealer. I got no where. What I really want is the throttle response of the 2011 model on my 2013.
Looks good.
How's the impact to range?
I ran 225/40-18 Nitto NeoGen for a while on my 350Z Track wheels and while I loved the handling and performance the range was suffering at mid range and OD of the tires was way too small for my visual liking. Then ran the 235/40-18 Primacys to see how...
I have to say best thread I've seen in a while!
As a human being who is courteous and believes in treating other people the way you want to be treated I follow this with driving as well.
It's very simple. If the vehicle in front of me is going slower than I'd like to be going I don't tailgate...
1. Clean the area that you are applying the decal to using windex and allow at least 5~ 10 minutes to dry
2. Use a measuring tape to apply some blue painters tape to give you good horizontal alignment when you place your decal.
3. Using a clean spray bottle fill with clean water and mix in a...
I think a few people have done it. I've got the vinyl to wrap mine but have never got around to it.
This guy wrapped his handles and hood if I remember correctly.
Nice. amazing how well the thing handles for what it is. I finally threw my 18" Rays 350Z track wheels on a few weeks ago and it really puts my Blitz suspension to work. Those OEM Michelin Energy's are a joke.
What's your range impact look like? What camber are you running?
Been charging with the L1 OEM wall cord for two years now. Park in the garage at home. We only charge when out on long commutes and don't feel like taking out the gasoline powered vehicle. For reference my work is approx. 70 miles round trip.
I commute 34 miles each way. Lots of traffic lights. In Seattle so there are hills. The longest stretch with a chance of no traffic lights or stop signs is 16 miles with a 55mph speed limit. Typically hitting speeds up to 65mph.
Who knew little tree animations could annoy so many?
I don't mind the trees. They tell me if I spent way too much time stuck in traffic on my way home from work!!
Two trees= got home quickly and without too much traffic
Three trees and a stump= too much time stuck in traffic!!!
Nissan needs...
