Yeah, I never use a factory Nav. I prefer to stick with Waze, where if something is wrong on the map / address I can go in and fix it from my computer at home.

They still make dash covers custom fit to your dash shape and size. I know they aren't as popular as they once were, but I just rode in an Uber with one last month. Should be an easy fix to the dash glare problem.

Port has been replaced under warranty and is currently charging using a public Chargepoint L2 charger as I type this.
The service rep I talked to was a bit upset because apparently Nissan only pays for 3/4 of an hour labor for the job and it actually requires several hours of work.
