Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

They're now servicing imported Japanese Nissan Leaf. I've used the New Market , Nissan Service Dept. If they don't do the same in your area, Toyota Dealership should be able to service your leaf.

Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

According to the Takapuna Nissan Dealership, they have been instructed by Nissan NZ not to supply parts or services to these imported Nissan Leafs. I don't understand why is Nissan NZ going the opposite direction when the Nissan CEO - Carlos Ghosn is promising 1.5m EVs by 2020. I'm getting...

Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

No PDM update. Also, we don't have level 1 evse in NZ, because our electricity standard is 230vac. Our standard power point are 10/16amps, perfect for the portable evse level 2.

Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

My Leafs are in excellent conditions, just assurance for the future. There are 10 imported Japanese Nissan Leafs in NZ since May 2013 that I'm aware of. I don't believe that Nissan NZ have sold that many since it was available here in NZ from 2012. I'll see if it's possible to get the training...

Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

I've imported these Leafs directly from Japan privately. The different between these Leaf and the NZ Leaf is the Language, i.e Japanese and English. Both the NZ and Japanese Leafs are made in Japan. All the other Nissan models (Murano, Maxima etc) imported from Japan, can be serviced/repaired...

Nissan NZ refusing to Service/Repair Imported Nissan Leaf

I'm hoping that someone here can make contact with Nissan CEO - Carlos Ghosn. I need to ask him why is Nissan New Zealand refusing to service/repair our imported Nissan Leafs from Japan. We are not asking for warranty, we're willing to pay for parts and labours. It's hard enough that our NZ...

Need to change the Language from Japanese to English

Thank you for the video. I'm from New Zealand (NZ) and my 2012 Nissan Leaf was imported from Japan. Just in case if you're wondering why have I gone this route. We do have Nissan Leaf in NZ, they're $70K (inclusive of on road charges) and no govt subsidies :-( . It would have been cheaper for...

Need to change the Language from Japanese to English

I've just bought my first EV. The language is in Japanese. I got hold of an English Leaf manual but can't duplicate the steps to change the language from Japanese to English. Even with a Japanese student she told me that the steps in the English version is not available on the touchscreen...

2012 Nissan Leaf Japan Model 200VAC 15amp compatibility

Thank you, on the Japanese owner manual, under the charging system, they listed maximum power consumption: (AC100V), (AC200V). I've looked at US model and it's showing maximum power consumption: (AC120V), (AC240V) I don't want to damage the car onboard charging unit. YOu don't for see any...

2012 Nissan Leaf Japan Model 200VAC 15amp compatibility

Hi, I've bought a 2012 Nissan Leaf Japan Model G and it's currently in transit to NZ. It comes with the 200VAC 15amp evse. Over here we have standard 240VAC. Can the 2012 leaf onboard charger take the 240VAC 16/32amp. I'm planning to use a 16A J1772 to 62196-2 Plug 3m Cable on my home...
