I'm finding plenty of parts on Ebay for 6.6kW with QC, but not 6.6KW w/o QC. I wonder if I can use that part and just not connect a QC?

Yes. I have the 6.6kw Charger w/o the quick charge. I did see an older post on here where someone broke down more clearly than Nissan on what each part is for (https://mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?t=21106&start=14).
