My understanding is that the first bar drops at 85%, then every 6.25% each thereafter. However, I suspect that's not precise and that it's actually triggered by a combination of metrics (maybe GIDs and Hx?)...
Based on the formula, the 9th bar should drop at SOH = 85% - 3(6.25%) = 66.25%
