Best Cell Phone Holder for Late Model LEAF?

I'd like to have my cell phone visible--running LEAF Spy PRO--while I'm driving, so I'm looking for some sort of cell phone holder/bracket/thingy. I'm looking for something that mounts on the windshield (by suction?) or actually on the dash.

Any recommendations?

I use one of these:
Mountek nGroove Universal CD Slot Mount

I actually put it between the top of the Nav screen & dash.

We bought a pair of the cheap plastic pockets that fit between the seat and the center console. They work great!
