2014 leaf not charging

Hello. I have a problem charging my 2014 Nissan leaf. This morning I realized my leaf didn't charge during the night. I have tried to unplug and replug the home wall charger, the car beeps, I can hear the charger relay to kick in., the first blue light of the dash goes on and after one or two seconds the blue light goes of and again I can hear the charger relay noise. I tried the small portable charger and exactly the same issue. I have unplugged the negative of the 12v battery for approximately 10 minutes, reconnected and again.. the same issue. Any idea? So you get just one blue light coming on and then going back off? What about beeping noises? Please be specific about any patterns of beeps.

I have this exact same problem in my 2011. How did you fix this ?
