As OP writes, he has choices in his charging routines and there is little doubt that his choices matter.

Well my new plan is to charge from about 47% to 90% every day, when I'm committing on my four day work week. It only takes about an hour and a half to charge.

When I charge to 100% try to go to days between charges I was coming home on the second day with only about 15% or less charge sometimes even below 10%.

It is better for the battery to charge more often and not do deep discharges. Remember to periodically charge to 100% to balance the cells.
