Acronym Definitions Thread

I definitely apologize if the definitions are out there, as I remember reading something either today or yesterday where somebody helped define several for somebody new. But no matter what I searched for, I couldn't find what I had read.

However, could there be one "Definitions Thread" where one person would maintain a list of the approved acronyms for new people here?

A good reason to not use them.

A thread got started in January 2011, and quickly picked up quite a few acronyms, then went dormant. It was resurrected last September and collected a few more: Acronyms
Another one that was started about the same time last September went nowhere at all: Acronym dictionary?

Actually, this sort of thing is probably best done in a wiki, and thanks mostly to Andy Nguyen (Aqn) we do have one: Nissan Leaf Wiki
It currently has a very short Glossary which would be a great place to put more acronyms.

Turbo2ltr also started a wiki, but I don't think it is as complete as the one above: http://www.leafic.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
