Not sure what you mean by "regen breaking" but with only 6 bars I'd say it would basically have NONE. My '12 with 9 bars hardly has any regen, even at a lower SOC I'm lucky to get 3 bubbles, compared to my 11 bar '13 , the '12 hardly feels like it has regen, a 6 bar car will have much less.
If your really interested I'd probably try and figure out how much a new battery would go for(I'd guess
$5-6k??) in which case his 6 bar '11 probably wouldn't be worth much more than a couple thousand, IMO it's basically scrap price.
