How do I post a sale?

I'm trying to post a sale for my 2012 Nissan Leaf SV and I can't seem to figure out how to go about posting an ad. Do I need to have a minimum number of posts? Am I going crazy?

I tried searching around, reading the rules, the FAQs, and I still can't figure it out. There doesn't seem to have a "New Topic" button like the Newbie part of the forum....

Nope, I'm wrong. This from the rules:

"- For individuals (private parties), any Forum Supporter can post wanted and for sale items. The items of course have to be legal and something relevant to this forum. These are one-off items, vehicle parts etc. "

Which means, you need to become a "supporter", which is what? $15?
