What major / significant improvement / differences from 2014 to 2015 ?

Shopping around & wondering is the 1 year difference is worth the extra cost , assuming mileage is close to the same ?

Thanks ,
Wyr
God bless

If I remember correctly, the only real difference would possibly be in the battery chemistry. The 2015 had an updated battery pack that is supposed to be more resistant to the effects of heat, and may have also been installed in some of the late 2014 models. Depending on the climate the car has been in, this may not make a significant difference.

If you live way far north get the 2015

If you live way far south get whichever is cheaper.

Either way the battery will degrade but the further north you live the less it will and thus you get a better bang for your buck getting a fresher battery that hasn't seen heat.

If you are looking at cars under $9000 then that might not matter. If the price is higher, keep in mind that car won't be worth much at all in 2 years.
