I am an owner of a 2011 Leaf and am wondering if anyone knows what the benefits of the settlements in the cases of Klee vs Nissan and/or Banks vs Nissan are. I have heard many different things ranging from the $50 check that I received (which I have to cash by today) to Nissan replacing my battery system for free with a 2015 system. Anyone have any real information on the settlements of these cases?

That reminded me that I never received the check, nor a charge card... At this stage, I no longer care! I'm so happy to be through with Nissan! :)
