Agreed. This thread's are a waste of time unless there is definitive info (e.g. pic of dash AFTER car is done booting) or verification from someone who knows what they’re doing.
Since my used car shopping is done, my Autocheck and Carfax subscriptions are done and I have no ability to run VIN checks. OP should try to determine whether the car has been in a hot climate (e.g. Phoenix, Death Valley, Texas,etc. or even fairly hot like much of So Cal) via VIN those services.

I recently had another street encounter w/someone who'd been leasing their Leaf for 14 months so far and didn't know about the capacity bars.
