Is it possible to start something comparable to JumpSmartMaui and implement a change here in central Oregon? Although that's on a government scale, it seems there is a huge lack of interest for the Leaf and Tesla. I could be wrong but sometimes I wonder why the Nissan dealer hasn't done anything to make awareness. Economically it makes sense because of Oregon's cheap kilowatt prices for home use.
