L3 Charger at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery

I'm wondering how to get setup for using the AeroVironment L3 charging station at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery. Sites I found said to call the company at 888-833-2148 to setup up an account and the cost would be $3 per charge. However, when I called I was on hold for ten minutes and then talked to a person who seemed confused. They told me that it was $7.50 per charge and that I had to call each time I arrived at the charger and they would then activate it and charge me $7.50. Is this right?? Can't imaging that working. Anyone out there who can tell me what path to take to get set up for using this L3 charger?

I just looked on the plugshare website and it looks like it might be chargepoint? Create an account on there and they will send you a card to use. That would be my first attempt. The museum itself may have cards inside you can use to start an account?

FYI this unit is now free to use. Which is actually funny given that the Chargepoint L2 unit next to it is $1/hr.
