JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.

Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning

Regularly interacts with management.

Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility of the EVOM will be to lead the charge in reaching monthly LEAF sales targets. This will include creating and sharing valuable and effective sales and marketing tools for the Region and Dealers.

The EVOM will be the subject matter expert of all aspects relating to the Nissan LEAF and will be responsible for supporting the DOM s, FOM s, LPM s and Regions in all aspects of EV.

The EVOM will also ensure that Nissan Dealers within their Region are certified to sell and service the Nissan LEAF and are fully engaged in selling the Nissan LEAF.

Support the Region and Dealers with sales and marketing tools, training, best practices and local events coordination.

EVOM will support and attend all LEAF promotional events including EV local promotions, grassroots events, auto shows, and enlist dealer involvement in such events.

EVOM will proactively seek out any green partnership events and development opportunities.

EVOM will work hand-in-hand with Dealership Fleet Managers to proactively seek out fleet opportunities with state and local municipalities.

EVOM will work closely with large LEAF Dealers to fine tune their LEAF selling processes and monthly advertising.

EVOM will engage Dealer sales teams; ensure that they are properly trained and enthusiastic about selling LEAF.

EVOM will keep Regional and National management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information and making recommendations on a continuous basis.

EVOM will conduct training at Dealerships on vehicle charging both at-home and in-dealership EVSE , vehicle and battery characteristics, service tools and equipment, maintenance, repair requirements, local infrastructure, etc.

Coordinate cross-functionally among NNA, vendor and Dealer personnel to ensure successful EV launch and sustainment.

Work closely with Dealers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and assist with the resolution of any customer related issues.

EVOM will service as the coordinator between all EV field Stakeholders including Regional personnel RVP, RGM, DOM, FOM, LPM , EVSE Vendors, EV Call Center/Website, EV Tech-line and Turner and Townsend facilities .

Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
